In 1999,the owner started 2:37am studios (under the name of :2:37am:) after receiving his 5-year b.a. in architecture from the University of Detroit Mercy school of architecture '94-'99 and is currently attending Cranbrook Academy of Arts '09-'11 for his M.F.A in furniture/product design. The company started as a small design/build/model building shop that practically took on any and all projects that it could.The shop has embarked in a variety of fields ranging in rough and finish carpentry, exhibit engineering, mill work, design/build, professional model building and some architecture office experience. All these attributes help to develop and finish projects due to the understanding of methods and materials.
