A community center proposal that infilled an existing block that only had a few houses. The block was to be utilized as a playground for the neighborhood and surrounding communities along with providing a place to discuss local issues. The interior consisted of basketball courts, swimming pools, 2nd level weight room, locker room and a lobby. There was also an exterior water feature with a sitting area.
