This project began in 2002 and was a 2.5 year full renovation with a complete teardown while only leaving the structure. There was a 3rd floor studio added to the original design along with a walk out deck. The 2 car garage with an above studio space was a new build. 237am was contracted to assist in the project and the work ranged in rough and finish carpentry to detailed applications and millwork. The architects were based out of New York and the General Builder was Sun River Builders
