A building owner, contacted 2:37am studios for a design/build/model project, was interested in turning his ground floor space into a small cafe and the theme of the cafe was to have elements of the marina that was across the street. The designs utilized materials such as tension cables, stretched canvas and hardwoods. There were 6-8 booth units with canvas roofs and frosted panel dividers for privacy along with a stage area for performances and additional small seating arrangements.The pictured model was used to gain investors for the project.
